Terms and Conditions for Plaisir.dk

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of products on Plaisir.dk (hereinafter referred to as "Webshop"), which is owned by Ulsø Design Aps (hereinafter referred to as "We", "Us", "Our").

Ordering and payment

When you place an order with Plaisir.dk, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

The money will only be withdrawn when the item has been shipped.

Payment can be made with the following payment methods:

  • Dankort / VISA / MasterCard 
  • MobilePay / Apple Pay

All prices are stated in [DKK / EUR] and are incl. VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery and shipping We strive to ship your order within 1-2 business days. Delivery is via GLS and the shipping price is shown upon payment.

There is free shipping for purchases over 699 DKK. Only applies to delivery to parcel shops.

If an item is on backorder, you will be contacted with information about the expected delivery time.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item, provided that it is in unused condition, has not been washed and still has all tags and labels on it. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must:

  1. Notify us in writing at Info@plaisir.dk
  2. Return the item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days.

Returns and exchanges

To return a product, you must use our returns portal, which you will find under "Returns".  The return costs are your responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.

We will refund the full purchase price within 14 days after we have received the returned goods. In the event of a partial return, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

You have the option to exchange one or more of the purchased goods.  When exchanging for more expensive goods, you will be guided to payment on the webshop.  When exchanging for cheaper goods, you will receive a refund when the goods have been returned to us.

Right of complaint

You have a 2-year right of complaint according to the Danish Sales Act. If your goods are faulty or missing, please contact us as soon as possible at info@plaisir.dk

If the complaint is approved, we will offer either repair, exchange or refund of the purchase amount.

All goods received with faults or defects will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery of products if this is due to circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, or supply problems.

Applicable law and venue

The purchase agreement is subject to Danish law. Any disputes must be settled in the Danish courts.
