Shipping and Delivery

We want your shopping experience with us to be as easy and convenient as possible. That's why we offer fast and secure delivery, so you can have your new underwear delivered straight to your door.

Delivery time:

• We ship your order within 1-2 business days, usually the same day. 
• The delivery time depends on your address and chosen delivery method, but we aim to deliver all orders within 1-3 business days.

Delivery options:

• Home delivery: Have your package delivered directly to your address.
• Pick-up at a parcel shop: Choose a parcel shop near you, so you can pick up your order when it suits you.
• Pick-up at the warehouse in Ikast: Lindealle 8, 7430 Ikast, Denmark. (You will receive an email when the order is ready for pickup)

Shipping costs:

• We offer free shipping on orders over 699 DKK.
• For orders under 699.00 DKK, the shipping costs are 49.00 DKK.

How we pack your order: We pack all items with great care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Our packaging is discreet, so you can receive your items with confidence.

Returns and exchanges: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your items, we offer an easy return process. See our returns policy for more information on how you can return or exchange your items.
