Terms and conditions for Plaisir.dk

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of products on Plaisir.dk (hereinafter referred to as "Webshop"), which is owned by Ulsø Design Aps (hereinafter referred to as "We", "Us", "Our").

Ordering and payment

When you place an order at Plaisir.dk, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

The money will only be withdrawn once the item has been shipped.

Payment can be made using the following payment methods:

  • Credit card / VISA / MasterCard
  • MobilePay / Apple Pay

All prices are stated in [DKK / EUR] and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.


Delivery and shipping

We strive to ship your order within 1-2 business days. Delivery is via [PostNord / GLS / DAO], and the shipping price is shown upon payment.

There is free shipping on purchases over 699 DKK. Only applies to delivery to parcel shops.

If an item is backordered, you will be contacted with information about the expected delivery time.


Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods, provided that they are in unused condition, have not been washed and still have all tags and labels on them. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must:

  1. Notify us in writing at Info@plaisir.dk
  2. Return the item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days.

Returns and exchanges

To return a product, please contact us at Info@plaisir.dk for a return form and instructions. Return costs are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

We will refund the full purchase price (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.


Right of complaint

You have a 2-year right of complaint according to the Danish Sales Act. If your product has defects or is missing, please contact us as soon as possible at info@plaisir.dk

If the complaint is approved, we offer either repair, exchange or refund of the purchase amount.

All goods received with errors or defects will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver products if this is due to circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, or supply problems.


Applicable law and venue

The purchase agreement is subject to Danish law. Any disputes must be settled by the Danish courts.
