Terms and Conditions for Plaisir.dk

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of products on Plaisir.dk (hereinafter referred to as "Webshop"), which is owned by Ulsø Design Aps (hereinafter referred to as "We", "Us", "Our").

Ordering and payment

When you place an order with Plaisir.dk, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

The money will not be debited until the item has been shipped.

Payment can be made using the following payment methods:

  • Dankort / VISA / MasterCard 
  • MobilePay / Apple Pay

All prices are stated in [DKK / EUR] and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.


Delivery and shipping

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days. Delivery is made via GLS, and the shipping cost is shown at checkout.

Free shipping on purchases over DKK 699. This only applies to delivery to parcel shops.

If an item is on backorder, you will be contacted with information regarding the expected delivery time.


Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item, provided that it is in unused condition, has not been washed, and still has all tags and labels attached. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must:

  1. Notify us in writing at Info@plaisir.dk
  2. Return the item in original condition and packaging within 14 days.

Returns and exchanges

To return a product, you must use our return portal, which you can find under "Returns". The cost of return shipping is your responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.

We will refund the full purchase price (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

You have the option to exchange one or more of the purchased items.
For exchanges to more expensive items, you will be guided to payment on the webshop.
For exchanges to cheaper items, you will receive a refund once the item has been returned to us.


Right to complain

You have a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. If your item has faults or defects, please contact us as soon as possible at info@plaisir.dk

In the case of an approved complaint, we offer either repair, exchange, or a refund of the purchase amount.

All items received with faults or defects will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver products if this is due to circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, or supply problems.


Governing law and jurisdiction

The purchase agreement is subject to Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts.
