Delivery time:

• We dispatch your order within 1-2 business days, often on the same day.
• Delivery time depends on your address and chosen delivery method, but we aim to deliver all orders within 1-3 business days.

Delivery options:

• Home delivery: Get your package delivered directly to your address.
• Pickup at parcel shop: Choose a parcel shop near you, so you can collect your order when it suits you.
• Warehouse pickup in Ikast: Lindealle 8, 7430 Ikast, Denmark. (You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup)

Shipping costs:

• We offer free shipping on orders over DKK 699.
• For orders under DKK 699.00, shipping costs are DKK 49.00.

How we pack your order: We pack all items with great care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Our packaging is discreet, so you can receive your items with confidence.

Returns and exchanges: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your items, we offer an easy return process. Please see our return policy for more information on how to return or exchange your items.
